LATE ARRIVALS We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. (Within 15 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the remaining time at the full price.
CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away clients to hold your booking, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges or loss of your deposit.
REFUND POLICY – SERVICES Our treatments are carried out by qualified hairdressers and beauty therapists. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of our staff. We will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds on any services but can offer to redo the service or issue a GIFT CARD for the same value.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times, and leave any valuables at home. Tiara Organic will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. All items are left at the owner’s risk.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE  It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with their service. However, we do appreciate that on occasion things can go wrong. The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately. Please raise your concern with our staff. If not resolved at the time of treatment all complaints need to be documented in writing with attached photographs if possible via email within 48 hrs to info@tiaraorganic.com. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the date and time of your appointment and your exact complaint. Please be aware that if you are on your period or pregnant we advise against booking for Bikini Line, Brazilian, or Hollywood but if you wish to have the service it will be AT YOUR OWN RISK and we will not be liable.
AGE RESTRICTIONS You must be 18 or over to receive any massage service. For all other treatments, you will require parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse to perform treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.
THERAPIST / HAIRDRESSER ILLNESS Unfortunately we may have to cancel your appointment due to the therapist/hairdresser’s illness and emergency. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment on the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and re-book you for another day.
PRICING Whilst we endeavor to keep our website and price list updated, treatments and prices are subject to change without notice.

PATCH TEST All hair color services, Lash Lift, HD brows, Eyelash and Brow Tinting, and first-time Hot and strip wax treatments, require a patch test to be conducted at least 24 hours before your appointment. This precaution is essential to ensure that you do not have any adverse reactions to the products used. The patch test is a quick and simple procedure that helps us maintain your safety and deliver the best possible results. Your cooperation in scheduling and attending this test is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to provide our services with confidence and care.

PROMOTIONS Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, packages or special offers. All offers are subject to availability and may only be redeemed with selected therapists and hairdressers. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
